Injection technique: Clean the injection site with an alcohol swab and let it dry completely Pinch a fold of skin at your chosen site (abdomen, upper thigh, or upper arm work well) Insert the needle at a 45-90 degree angle into the pinched skin fold Inject slowly and steadily over several seconds Withdraw the needle and apply light pressure if needed Rotate injection sites to prevent lipohypertrophy (tissue buildup from repeated injections in the same spot)
